Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 6 to 12 button mushrooms

  • 2 small mild onions (quartered or cut into eighths)

  • 1 crookneck squash (cut into pieces)

  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)

  • 12 cherry tomatoes

  • 1½ cups vinaigrette dressing (for marinade)

  • 6 small skewers

Cooking Steps
