Are you not sure what to do with all of your beautifully colored Easter eggs? Make them into a delicious Egg dip!

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 1/3cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon W Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together and serve as a dip for fresh vegeta­bles. Makes 1-3/4 cups.
