Hang this garland by the front door and snip off a gingerbread treat for visitors to munch on their way.

Small gingerbread man cookie cutter 1 recipe Royal Icing (see April) Pastry bag with decorator tips Plastic wrap
1/4″ ribbon
3yardsplaid ribbon for Florist Bow

Prepare and roll out the gingerbread. Cut out gingerbread men with a small cookie cutter and bake. Decorate with Royal Icing. Cut a length of plastic wrap the desired length of the garland, and lay it out on the table. Place the decorated gingerbread men face down lengthwise on the plastic wrap, about 2″ apart.

Fold the plastic wrap in from both sides, overlapping it to securely cover each gingerbread man. Tie a bow with 1/4″ ribbon between each ginger­ bread man, and top the garland with a large plaid Florist Bow.
