Some places on Earth feel almost surreal, where nature’s raw beauty takes center stage. Greenland is one of those places. Known for its dramatic landscapes and beautiful icebergs, this Arctic gem offers a visual experience. The silence here is profound, broken only by the distant crack of calving ice or the gentle lapping of water against an iceberg. And then there are the icebergs—nature’s floating sculptures. They drift gracefully through the icy waters, their surfaces shimmering under the Arctic sun.
No two are alike; each iceberg tells its story with jagged peaks, smooth curves, and shades of blue so deep they seem to glow from within. At sunset and sunrise, the icebergs come alive with pink, gold, and lavender hues, transforming the seascape into a dreamlike panorama. I recently traveled with Wild Focus Expedition and was able to take the following photos.
