Instructions
Paint the rounded part of the larger hat (excluding the brim) white. With the #8 flat brush, paint a dark pink triangle on the center of the hat. Sponge cheeks on the sides of the nose with dark pink. Highlight cheeks and nose with light pink. Draw blue eyes. Paint the lines around the eyes, nose, mouth, whiskers, and the centers of the eyes black. Let dry. Highlight eyes with white. (If your hand is not steady, or you prefer not to paint eyes and nose, hot glue a pink pom-pom nose in the center of the hat and wiggly eyes above the nose.)
Cut rabbit ears out of felt or fun foam, 11″ long, 3″ wide, and tapered at the ends. Glue the ears to the sides of the head so the glue will be hidden under the hat when the hat is glued on. Glue the small half hat onto the head.
To make hair, wrap the raffia around a 4″ piece of cardboard, slide it off, and wrap the wire around the middle. Glue raffia hair under the brim of the smaller hat. Glue Spanish moss across the top brim of the smaller hat. Glue spring flowers or vegetables into moss. Tie the ribbon into a bow and glue it under the chin of the bunny. Glue a wire to the back to hang.
