This lightweight Frosty is simple to make.
2 inflated round balloons (body and head) 1 cup sugar
1 cup hot water
Crochet-cotton string
1 (1″) red pom-pom (nose) Blackfelt (eyes)
Red felt (mouth and scarf) Green felt (mittens)
Top hat Glue gun
Follow the directions for making the String Basket (see April). To construct the snowman, cut away the string around the top of the largest ball so that the smaller ball fits snugly into the top of the large ball. Glue the balls together. Cut and glue the features onto the face. Trim with a red felt scarf, top hat, and mittens.
