Some mornings stay with you forever.
This photograph was taken on one of those unforgettable mornings in Greenland, where the icebergs float silently, and the sky decides to put on a show you could never plan for. I woke up early that day, bundled up, camera in hand, not quite knowing what I’d find — and then this happened.
The horizon lit up like fire, casting deep crimson and gold across the sea. The iceberg in front of me, massive and still, stood silhouetted like a sculpture against a burning sky. Everything was so quiet, and yet it felt as if the world itself was exhaling.
It’s moments like this that remind me why I travel and why I photograph — not just to see beautiful places, but to witness moments of awe and bring them home to share.
This image will forever be one of my favorites. It’s more than a picture. It’s a reminder that the most extraordinary things can happen when you show up, stay curious, and watch the world wake up.
