Cut a round cake in half to make a cute Easter Bunny cake!

This Easter bunny cake almost too cute to eat!

  • 1 (8″-9″) round cake, baked
  • 4 cups of white frosting
  • 1 pink SnowBall snack cake Poster board (ears)
  • Black and pink candies (eyes and nose)
  • Black licorice strips (mouth and whiskers)
  • 2 cups coconut

Cut the cake in half. Turn one half over and frost the bottom, flat side. Put the other half on top of the frosting so that the two halves form a sandwich with the flat sides together. Stand the cake up with the cut edge on the plate. Glue the cake to the plate with some frosting. Frost the cake.

Make the ears from the poster board. Cut a slit in the cake and insert the ears. Use the SnowBall for the tail and the licorice strips for the mouth and whiskers. Use pink and black candies for the nose and eyes. For coconut lovers, sprinkle coconut over the cake to make a furry bunny.
