Are you not sure what to do with all of your beautifully colored Easter eggs? Make them into a delicious Egg dip!
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 1/3cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon W Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and serve as a dip for fresh vegetables. Makes 1-3/4 cups.
